Sheboygan Falls Wisconsin
Welcome to Spartech Sheboygan Falls

This Wisconsin plant is known for its quality and responsiveness to customers’ needs. That commitment is evident in our long-term customer relationships — some more than 26 years.
In true Wisconsin style, the Sheboygan Falls plant holds an IMS (Interstate Milk Shippers) license and a State of Wisconsin award. The operation became the first ISO certified extrusion plant (in the world) in 1992.
In the last five years, the plant has made a major shift in the amount of reprocessed materials used for sheet. Traditionally, we made use of internal scrap, and now we purchase large amounts of recycled scrap on the open market to ensure we're optimizing for sustainability in all of our products.

Get to know Sheboygan Falls
Located an hour north of Milwaukee, the plant opened in the early 1970s as VPI, before being purchased by Spartech in 2004.
The local population is about 8,000, and our team is active in the community. The facility is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, and we participate each year in the American Heart Association Heart Walk. Notably, we sponsored a local children’s soccer team, supporting them during their regional tournament in St. Louis and on to winning their national tournament in North Carolina. Spartech was thrilled to celebrate with them!
