David Shelton

Executive Vice President of Operations

David Shelton serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations for Spartech, an engineered materials solutions company. Spartech is dedicated to developing results that are sustainable, diverse, reliable and bring innovation to real-world applications.

Before Joining Spartech in April 2025, David held a wide variety of leadership roles at DuPont, Klockner, and Amcor, spanning Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Technical Management, Continuous Improvement, and Commercial.

David holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Virginia and an EMBA from the Darden School. David is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Outside of work, David enjoys the outdoors, attending sporting events, spending time with family, and volunteering for his church and other civic activities.
