Benjamin Miller serves as Chief People Officer of Spartech, where he leads Human Resources and Environmental Health & Safety as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He is responsible for advancing the company’s growth strategy by aligning talent, culture and operational capabilities to support business performance, workforce productivity, and a safety-first operating environment.

Ben brings more than three decades of experience in global manufacturing, semiconductor, and advanced materials organizations to Spartech. His experience spans multinational organizations operating complex manufacturing networks across North America, Europe, and Asia.

He held leadership roles at Intel, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), and CoorsTek, partnering with executive teams to lead workforce transformations, strengthen safety and accountability cultures, develop critical talent pipelines, and align people strategies with enterprise objectives. His background in manufacturing operations provides a practical understanding of complex, high-performance environments and his Human Resources experience in organizational capabilities enable him to scale operations, improve performance, and support sustainable growth.

Ben has a specialty background in chemical lithography and holds a degree in microelectronic engineering.
