Custom extrusions can be produced in PVC, ABS, acrylic, polypropylene, polyethylene, HIPS, and a full spectrum of engineering materials such as polycarbonate, polyimide, and PETG. Co-extrusions are also possible with several of these materials, meaning we can create virtually any extrusion profile to meet your specific needs. Further, because we are equipped with both single and twin-screw extruders, complexity is never an issue. And, in combination with our color & specialty compounding plants, color matching is always precise - we will work to find the ideal material for your application. Furthermore, we adhere to the tightest tolerances and employ state-of-the-art CNC equipment for both in-line and of-line manufacturing.

SPARTECH PROFILES' range of down stream sizing options includes vacuum tanks, water baths, air racks, and dry vacuum calibration tables, allowing you to be sure your calibrated profiles are fabricated and sized with absolute accuracy every time.
