Processing Aid Concentrates

Processing aid concentrates are effective in the prevention of melt fracture in high speed processing operations. The active ingredient minimizes the coefficient of friction between the polymer and the internal machine surfaces, thus facilitating smooth polymer flow. Process aids are often effective in minimizing die lip build-up in extrusion processes.
