Manufacturing Capabilities

Spartech Polycom operates all major types of compounding equipment including: Banbury and FCM intensive mixers and twin- & single-screw compounding extruders.

This broad list of equipment capabilities allows us to ideally match the type of mixing required for optimum quality and performance for each product we manufacture. Our range of equipment also yields more efficient scheduling with reduced lead times.

Each plant is equipped with resin pre-blenders and finished product post-blending to ensure lot-to-lot finished product consistency. Our blending capability ranges from 10,000 pound to 200,000 pound single-blend lots.
