WeatherPro Sheet Products
Spartech's WeatherPro products are highly engineered multi-layer thermoplastic composites combining the superior aesthetics of high impact acrylic, the weather resistance and color effects of specially formulated alloy plastics, and the outstanding impact strength and thermoforming characteristics of high impact ABS. This excellent balance of properties is ideally suited for a variety of applications including hot tubs and spas, utility vehicle body parts, kayaks, and components on other recreational products.
WeatherPro Plexiglas DR/ABS
The first of Spartech's Weather Pro plastics, this AlloyPlastic is created by the coextrusion of Plexiglas DR and ABS.
WeatherPro S™
WeatherPro S™ is an acrylic cap co-extruded ABS sheet that can be produced as a two or three multi-layer composite.
WeatherPro® G
Weather Pro® G is a multi-layer plastic alloy sheet that combines a high impact ABS substrate, Geloy® ASA, and thin acrylic cap on the surface.
