ROYALITE® R84/21 thermoplastic sheet is a unique composite of ROYALITE® R84 low gloss weatherable cap sheet over ROYALITE® R21 high impact ABS substrate. It is ideal for rugged outdoor applications requiring high impact strength and stiffness. R84/21 is available in a variety of standard colors, and custom color matches also are available.
Common applications include marine, RV, automotive, agricultural equipment and recreational industries. It can be fabricated into consoles, interior and exterior trim parts, shrouds and many other parts. ROYALITE® R86 thermoplastic sheet is a weatherable PVC/acrylic alloy that provides excellent impact, color and gloss retention under outdoor exposure conditions. Its weather resistance is superior to other materials in its class and is especially cost competitive because it is formulated to have a lower specific gravity. This reduces the weight per part, thus reducing the cost associated. The high impact and tensile strength, high stiffness, good formability and excellent weatherability allow for further cost reductions by supporting thinner-walled parts.
ROYALITE® R86 is offered as a capped product, providing "through-and-through" weatherability with excellent surface quality, gloss and color control or as a monolithic sheet for increased initial gloss. This allows much greater flexibility in matching custom colors in smaller runs than most of the competitive materials.

ROYALITE® R87/59 gives high weather resistance in an economical, fire-rated*, rigid composite thermoplastic sheet. Its retention of impact strength after weathering is superior to other capped and painted ABS materials and it eliminates the need for painting which allows for much greater flexibility in matching custom colors in small runs. ROYALITE® R87/59 also meets many flammability standards, including UL94V-O in gauges down to 0.047" and UL94-5VA in gauges as low as 0.090". It has high impact strength, high tensile strength and stiffness, and good formability.
Common applications include pool heaters, boats and other marine applications, recreational vehicles, waste and garbage containers. Download Data Sheet
