Millennium V™
Millennium V™ is a polycarbonate/ABS alloy with an extremely low coefficient of the thermal expansion (CTE) that allows thermoformers the ability to produce a large part with excellent dimensional stability over a broad temperature range. When enhanced with a co-extruded weatherable acrylic cap layer, it becomes a highly aesthetic, cost effective, alternative to painted metal or fiberglass.
Initially commercialized on commercial refrigeration units, Millennium V™ is ideal for large exterior components in the transportation, recreation, and building & construction markets. It is available in a thickness range of .060 - .400 up to 100" wide and can be produced in custom colors in a variety of textures.
