ROYALSTAT™ R63
A unique ABS/PVC product that is both electrically conductive and fire-rated. It provides the dimensional stability typical of ABS plastics required for today's robotic material handling systems and combines high stiffness and abrasion resistance with excellent thermoformability. Ideally suited for applications in the electronics industry where dissipation of electrostatic charge is critical, R63 provides protection against electrostatic damage to sensitive devices being assembled, transported and stored in an electronics plant. It can be used for IC chip carriers, trays, tray dividers, tote boxes, containers, storage bins, and conductive table and floor mats. It can also provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection in containers used to handle explosive devices, and equipment used in oxygen-enriched and other explosive environments. Due to its fire rated* characteristics, it can even be used to provide electrostatic protection for internal parts in electronic devices.

ROYALSTAT™ R632
A unique ABS/PVC material that is both electrically conductive and UL® listed. It meets minimum static decay requirements outlined in MIL-B-81705C and NFPA Code 99 specifications. R632 sheet is recognized under the component program of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. with a classification of 94V-1 at 0.058", 94V-0 at 0.090" and 94-5VA at 0.090". Containers made from ROYALSTAT™ R632 sheet provide permanent protection against electrostatic discharge. R632 sheet provides the dimensional stability typical of ABS plastics, combining high impact strength, stiffness and abrasion resistance with good thermoformability.

ROYALSTAT™ R675
A unique high impact polystyrene alloy that is electrically conductive. It meets the minimum static decay requirements outlined in MIL-B-81705C and NFPA Code 99 specifications and combines good stiffness, toughness and thermoformability with excellent electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. Available in roll stock in thicknesses from 0.012" to 0.025" with a tolerance of ± 0.002", ROYALSTAT™ R675 sheet assures excellent performance on an in-line thermoformer and automatic chip placement systems. In thicker gauges (0.030" - 0.250"), R675 has excellent deep draw characteristics.
