WeatherPro S
WeatherPro S is a tough high gloss weatherable sheet comprised of an acrylic cap layer supported by a substrate of high impact ABS. WeatherPro S molded-in color makes it ideal for a wide variety of applications when looking for a paint replacement alternative. Easily thermoformed WeatherPro S will maintain the high surface quality needed for tractor hoods, fenders, and canopies.

WeatherPro K
Laminating Spartech PEP Korad acrylic films to an ABS substrate produces a sheet with excellent UV protection in either a high or low gloss. Korad film can be laminated onto a variety of substrates including; SP9010 high impact ABS, SP 9030 medium impact ABS. WeatherPro K has demonstrated superior physical properties while used for tractor canopies, grass catchers, and fenders.

Low E Poly
Introduced in 2005, Low E Poly is a multi layer olefin barrier sheet structure specifically engineered to meet EPA and CARB standards for fuel cell emission. Developed for the automotive market this material offers a cost effective solution when used in twin sheet thermoformed fuel tanks.

Formalloy HG
Formalloy HG is a TPO product suitable for exterior trim components, decks, hoods and fenders. Formalloy HG is our multi-layer high gloss TPO which is engineered for a range of exterior trim applications. If the application requires UV protection, high impact in cold temperatures, and a high flex strength Formalloy HG may be the right product. This thermoplastic material has a low specific gravity providing a significant reduction in weight over traditional materials like metal, aluminum and fiberglass, leading to improved gas mileage.

Formalloy TPR
Formally TPR is a low gloss, flexible, mar resistant sheet product which has demonstrated superior performance in applications such as storage liners and floor mats. Formalloy is easily thermoformed into complex shapes or can be utilized as a laminate covering for treads and battery covers.

SP 1510 HMWPE
High molecular weight polyethylene is a cost effective durable thermoplastic sheet material which can be effectively utilized in wide variety of Lawn and Garden applications. SP 1510 is easily thermoformed, fully recyclable and can be designed to compliment manufacturing assembly requirements for large grass catchers, mower belt covers and fender flares.
