Millennium V
Introduced in 2005, Millennium V combines the properties of high impact strength, high modulus and an elevated heat distortion temperature resulting in an extremely robust structural thermoplastic sheet. The surface is ideal for applying full body paint or if desired a molded in color protective UV cap surface is available. Millennium V is currently being utilized in the production of exterior trailer refrigeration units and side tank flares.
Soft Look, Soft Feel, Soft Touch
Spartech has developed the broadest range of thermoplastic sheet products for RV interior applications in the industry. We feature a variety of surface appearances, tactile feel, and foam touch applications such as dash instrument panels, door panels, and overhead TV consoles. Spartech's Soft Touch products include multi-layer ABS sheet, as well as some innovative TPO's composites.
SP 1510 HMWPE
High molecular weight polyethylene is a cost effective durable thermoplastic sheet material which can be effectively utilized in water shield and engine barrier applications. This products' toughness and the low specific gravity make it a light weight solution for underneath cargo compartment housings, large fender liners and engine partitions.
VB 0913A
This extruded product, which is manufactured by Spartech CMD, is a proprietary blend of vinyl, elastomers, and fillers which combine to produce a roughed, mar resistant flooring surface. VB 0913A is widely used for automotive and bus flooring surfaces and is available in standard or custom matched colors
SoundX and SoundX Plus
These two alloys are used in the automotive and truck markets for their enhanced noise abatement qualities. Applications include door panels, flooring, and sleeper cabins. If a moisture barrier is required SoundX Plus provides an exterior finish to repel water.
Formalloy LG
Widely used in the transportation industry for exterior trim components and fenders, this tough thermoplastic material provides a significant reduction in weight over traditional materials like metal or fiberglass contributing to improved gas mileage.
Formalloy TPR
A proprietary blend of olefins and elastomers that produce a flexible product ideal for truck storage compartment liners.
