With the acquisition of VPI Sheet, Spartech has become the worldwide leader in the production of lenticular lens sheet and rollstock. Known for its exacting tolerances and careful engineering, VPI Lenticular sheet ensures a reliable, consistent press feed and excellent ink adhesion.

Setting a product apart in today's highly visual marketplace requires a visually stimulating graphic approach and lenticular lens enables advertisers to easily put their message in motion to command attention. This dynamic technology provides customers unique opportunities to create dramatic visual effects like:
  • Representing before and after images
  • Making a logo or product literally pop off the page
  • Showing motion or animation
  • Adding dimensionality to a graphic or typography
Spartech's lenticular lens is considered to be the highest quality in the industry, allowing for lithographic reverse printing of motion and 3-D computer interlaced images. It can also be laminated to pre-printed substrates. We understand how important it is to have square, flat sheet with straight and uniform lenses, with extreme gauge control. Every order is monitored in a statistical process control (SPC) system for all of these qualities and more.

Typical applications include Point-of-Sale displays and graphics, translights, movie posters, menu boards, counter cards, children's stickers and toys, fashion items, postcards, packaging, video/CD covers, phone cards, and mouse pads to name a few.
