Development of "Alloy Plastics" is a concept which cuts across all divisions of Spartech, as it has been fundamental to our organic growth and Product Transformation initiative. With over 30 years experience in producing extruded thermoplastic sheet & rollstock, we are continually looking to combine various engineered compounds through advanced extrusion and processing techniques to create new plastic systems. The resulting products are targeting new applications and opening new markets to manufacturers throughout the plastics industry.

Supported by our state-of-the-art product development center in Warsaw, Indiana and regional areas of manufacturing, these new alloy products are replacing metal, wood, fiberglass, and other materials in many applications. They are also allowing manufacturers to enjoy important advantages such as lower labor costs, reduced environmental concerns, and increased quality.

Most of our Alloy Plastics are listed within their respective product groups including our Packalloy® series of packaging sheet products & WeatherPro line of weatherable sheet products. Listed below are our specialty alloys.

	Formalloy HB is a UL Listed 94 HP Rated TPO.
	Formalloy HG™ is a thermoformable polypropylene alloy that delivers a high-gloss finish with the tremendous strength of a TPO.
	Formalloy LG™ is a low-gloss co-extruded TPO alloy that is an excellent material for large, painted-part applications.
