Trays

Thermoformed trays are designed to effectively protect and transport products.  Dunnage or work-in-process thermoform trays can safely move products or components from location to location in a facility, or to the end customer and be free of damage.  Trays can also be designed to be loaded and used robotically.

Plastic thermoform trays are also found in the medical device market because they protect their products, withstand sterilization, and lengthen product shelf life.  Spartech Plastics produces a variety of custom trays for use in medical applications.
