Packalloy TFPP

PackAlloy TFPP is a mineral filled polypropylene from our color and specialty compounds group that can be extruded by our Spartech Plastics Group. It has been engineered to meet the physical properties, color and FDA performance criteria for an innovative new food serving product. The new Serve'n Store dinnerware by Hefty, made from PackAlloy TFPP, provides the consumer with plates and bowls which can be snapped together, becoming one container utilized to store, reheat in the microwave, and then serve food products again.

 

		Packalloy TFPP is an advanced material and part of our Green Initiative program. Engineered to go from "freezer to microwave," this multi-functional product reduces the need for multiple containers to serve the various needs (freeze, heat in the microwave, eat off of) and the associated cleaners and water required to clean these multiple containers.
