1. Center windscreen up on deck, matching bottom edge of windscreen with raised boss on deck.
Make sure windscreen does not ride up on this surface. |

2. Drill 9/32 pilot holes in holes on either side of the centerline. |

3. Run screws down until rubber stem bushing starts to "mushroom" out of the finish washer. |

4. Windscreen should be able to move slightly unless screws are too tight. If so, back-off slightly on the screw
to allow windshield to move slightly. |

5. Proceed to install remaining screws- alternating side to side, from center outboard. Check to make sure that
the bottom edge is properly lined up with the fiberglass boss and not riding up on it. |

6. When all screws are installed, tighten up screws by hand, repeating same pattern as installation, making sure
not to over tighten. Acrylic should not "buckle" but remain a smooth, true surface. |
