WeatherPro S
This plastic sheet material is extruded with a weatherable, paint replacement acrylic surface over a high impact ABS substrate. When used to replace gel coated fiberglass in hoods for utility vehicles WeatherPro S contributes to a cleaner environment by eliminating the need for VOC emitting gel coat sprays and reducing VOC emissions during the glassing phase of manufacturing.
 
 
Millennium V
An advanced alloy that provides the high heat deflection and stiffness properties required by HVAC units designed for transporting perishable products to market. With a weatherable, paint replacement acrylic surface Millennium V eliminates the need to paint and, consequently, the VOC's associated with the paint process.
 
 
Acrylloy XLB
A weatherable film Alloy developed as an exterior protective coating for transportation trailers and RV side walls. Acrylloy XLB is laminated to urethane or fiberglass substrates replacing sprayed gel coats. This new technique creates an exterior finish without creating VOC's.
 
 
Kapstone Satin
From our extruded sheet and roll stock group, Kapstone Satin has the rich look of granite with the balanced performance matrix of a high impact ABS. This valued added product offers superior aesthetics, good toughness, excellent chemical resistance, and ease of fabrication. Applications for Kapstone Satin include Recreational Vehicle sinks and counter tops that currently use less environmentally friendly thermoset gel coated molded resin.
