Green Plastics

Spartech offers a wide variety of plastic materials that help to make our world a little more green. In some cases, these materials are inherently more environmentally friendly, such as PLA®, which is a material derived from corn and can be composted. In other cases, it is the customization of our product, coupled with the customer application that makes it environmentally friendly, such as a unique Acrylic called WeatherPro S™ which has been engineered to have the structural properties to replace fiberglass and the durability, aesthetics, and UV resistance to replace gel coat paint.
