VinylAlloy® is a proprietary blend of vinyl, elastomers, and fillers, which produces a tough calendared flooring surface for a wide range of transportation applications. Thermoformed shape for automotive, marine or recreation vehicle flooring applications. VinylAlloy is available in standard or custom colors in a variety of textures, and sizes.

Processing


VINYLALLOY® can be heated in standard thermoforming ovens. VinylAlloy is typically formed on aluminum matched tooling.

Fiberglass or epoxy tooling, can be used. It is readily hand-formed for prototyping. Care must be taken during forming so as not to overheat the sheet. As with any thermoplastic material, care should be taken to account for the coefficient of thermal expansion when considering design parameters. Colors & Textures


VINYLALLOY is offered in a wide variety of standard or custom colors. Surface embossing textures are available in five unique designer patterns; Matt 2, Lava, Looped, Ribbed, and Football.
