Weather PRO™ is a fully recyclable and environmentally friendly Gelcoat FRP replacement. PRO™ is another Spartech Alloy Plastics™ sheet product that demonstrates superiority in performance through the use of advanced extrusion and polymer technologies.




This new Alloy Plastic, part of our WeatherPro family, is tri-extruded sheet utilizing an ABS substrate, a weatherable layer, and a gloss acrylic cap on the surface. WeatherPro G is targeted to serve the RV, automotive, transportation, and marine industries. Key features of this product include superior aesthetics, good strength, and excellent formability, lending it well to applications in RV front and end caps, tonneau covers and trailers, and electric cars.




WeatherPro S is an acrylic cap coextruded ABS sheet, which can be produced as a two or three multilayer composite. The acrylic, which can be pigmented with metallic and high chroma colors, imparts a very high gloss with a superior depth of image. WeatherPro S is targeted as a fiberglass and painted metal replacement in the lawn & garden and recreational & utility vehicle market segments.




This new product consists of cast acrylic sheet bonded to a high impact thermoplastic substrate. CastAlloy is targeted for markets where superior gloss and visual aesthetics are required, including the spa, bath & shower, display, and select automotive applications.




Formalloy HG™, Spartech's new proprietary thermoformable polypropylene alloy, is an ideal material for a new generation of large part applications. It delivers a high-gloss finish with the tremendous strength of TPO in a fully-thermoformable rigid sheet. The product is UV stable, resistant to chemicals, and available in metallic. Formalloy HG™ is an excellent material for large part applications in the marine, automotive, recreational vehicle, agricultural, lawn & garden, and medical markets.
