More than five years ago Spartech's engineers created marbleized acrylic/ABS extruded sheet, principally for the spa and sanitary ware markets. Marballoy™, a high density polyethylene-based product, is based on this proprietary, multi-layer marbleization technology. It combines impact strength with a beautiful finish and is now available in a rainbow of colors. The material is UV resistant and holds up extremely well to exposure in the outdoors. Marballoy™ is an excellent material for a wide variety of outdoor applications such as playground equipment, hunting accessories, and lawn & garden products such as rock formations, pond liners, and waterfall landscaping.




Lenticular 3D™ is manufactured from APET or PETG. This product is typically screen printed for graphic arts promotional applications. This product with its lenticular design, brings a unique 3-dimensional/flip imagery feature and has been developed to serve the packaging design, advertising signage, and point-of-purchase (P-O-P) display markets.




An excellent product for the outdoor recreation, hunting, and fishing markets, CamAlloy is offered in both a TPO version, designed for "four wheel" and after market automotive parts, and in an ABS form, ideal for deer blinds, etc. supplied into the hunting market. The camouflaged exterior presents an excellent opportunity as a replacement for traditional painted wood products. In addition, CamAlloy offers a real, functional, camouflaged look, and is weatherable.




Atlantis is a new, innovative printed film produced by our Spartech Polycom Film Converting Division in Salisbury, Maryland. With its natural stone appearance, Atlantis is capturing the eye of those interior designers looking for a fresh, trend setting look. Atlantis film is now being utilized by Tarkett, one of the major manufacturers of vinyl flooring, and is additionally being targeted for a broad range of applications in the recreational vehicle, kitchen cabinetry, and sanitaryware markets.




Kapstone Satin, from our extruded sheet and roll stock group, alloys the rich look of granite to the balanced performance matrix of a high impact ABS. This valued added product offers superior aesthetics, good toughness, excellent chemical resistance, and ease of fabrication. Target markets for Kapstone Satin include building and construction, and sanitaryware.




PanelPro ABS, Spartech's new wood grain weatherable sheet with an embossed groove and laminated to an ABS substrate, should make excellent inroads with the recreation & leisure and building & construction markets. The weatherability of the material, as well as its similar appearance to a tongue and groove product, position the product well for a variety of spa skirting and exterior siding applications.
