Rotogravure Printing Companies

The Spartech Film Converting Division utilized Korad® film to roll out its new and innovative Atlantis product. With its natural stone appearance, it is capturing the eye of interior designers looking for a fresh trend setting look.

Unpigmented Korad acrylic film may be second surface rotogravure printed with inks that are both durable and weatherable. These inks allow a variety of decorative prints to be created that are protected by the full thickness of the film (2, 3 or 6 mils) from UV radiation, cracking, crazing, blistering and abrasion.

Printed film laminates have been utilized outdoors, for more than 30 years with little noticeable change in the color of the print or the film. Reverse printed films have been used for surfacing exterior doors, window profiles, artificial wood profiles and automotive decorative parts.

Rotogravure printers are capable of printing Korad in an endless variety of wood and stone patterns. In fact, the decorative effects of printed Korad film are limitless.
